Mary Phelp’s House
The construction date of this home, brought to Round Top from a location two miles south, is unknown. The original logs are beneath the new siding. The home’s original dogtrot was closed in and side porches of cedar were added. Called a “story and a half,” it has two bedrooms downstairs and a narrow stairway leading to a loft. Both downstairs rooms have large fireplaces.
